Shipping within Australia

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm Friday, a public holiday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day.

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

We ship with standard delivery through Australia Post, which takes between 3-8 business days depending on the location of delivery. International Shipping

Sorry, we do not currently offer international shipping. Please contact shop@jumpclothing.com.au to find one of our New Zealand stockists. We do aim to be able to offer international shipping in the future, so sign up for our email newsletter to stay up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, JUMP is not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond JUMP’s reasonable control, and JUMP shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
