Shipping and Returns

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm Friday, a public holiday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day.

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

We ship with standard delivery through Australia Post, which takes between 3-8 business days depending on the location of delivery. Delivery delays are still expected as a result of COVID-19, so please allow for this when placing your order.

International Shipping

Sorry, we do not currently offer international shipping. Please contact to find one of our New Zealand stockists. We do aim to be able to offer international shipping in the future, so sign up for our email newsletter to stay up to date.


We are happy to refund any full-priced garment purchased online, providing that the item is returned unworn, with all tags attached and your online receipt (as proof of purchase) within 30 days of receiving your returned order.

We do not offer refunds on sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty by our team. However, we offer an online store credit or exchange for any returned sale items providing that the item is returned unworn, with all tags attached and your online receipt (as proof of purchase) within 30 days from receiving your returned order.

When returning your product, please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not include this paperwork, your processing time could be delayed.

Please send your return by mail, noting we may not accept liability for the loss/return of your shipment. We recommend using a traceable service to prevent loss. The cost of shipping is paid by the sender. If your product is deemed faulty by our team you will be reimbursed for the full cost of postage, upon providing receipt of shipment.

To the extent permitted by law, JUMP is not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond JUMP’s reasonable control, and JUMP shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
